Parting with the employee – a stressful situation which also influences other team members. The company which applies outplacement, shows its social responsibility to the employees and creates its own favorable image.

Outplacement
is a term used to describe efforts made by a downsizing company to help former employees through the transition to new jobs and help them re-orientate to the job market. The essence of the service is that we select vacancies for the employees, discharged on grounds of staff reduction and also promote some of them to some other companies.

There are several stages of this service:

  • We offer you not less than three open vacancies which may attract the candidate;
  • Search of the companies;
  • Employment of the candidate.

The program and the saturation of the service can differ, if it is, for example, individual outplacement for a top-manager or a mass service for a large group of specialists.
