Assessment  center is now the most popular method of evaluation. But since its invention  assessment  center has not changed comparing the business world which has changed beyond recognition.      
The 20th century is characterized by higher independence among employees and teams, that is proved by the growth of the matrix structure of management.
Is it united by the constant growth of the focusing on the results, aims, indicators of the key efficiency and factors of return on the investment.
New century assumes new approaches to  assessment . New product, which the company Tom Hunt suggests is Action  Assessment .
The key difference between Action  Assessment  is that the participants are estimated in the course of the carried tasks directly in real conditions.
Let’s compare this approach to traditional  assessment-centers , in which the candidates should “play” an effective team member, where we do not pay much attention to the result of the task. So we do not see the real behavior of the candidate. 
As for Action  Assessment , we can observe the typical behavior of the candidate. The advantages of this approach are that the participants solve real tasks, which are necessary for achieving real results. This happens in a team, where all the members depend on each other.

• Reality Show
• Team Building
• Training

Conditions of arranging Action  Assessment :
• The participants get a new business-task and a little budget, necessary for its realization. All in all the participants are to fulfill from 2 to 5 tasks.
• For each tasks the team chooses its leader.
• The fulfillment of each task is estimated by the chief director or the invited expert (one of the highly professional top managers). 
• Together with the leader the both teams discuss the realization of the project, analyze mistakes and sum everything up.
• The Chief director analyses the teams’ mistakes and announces the team-winner.
